Most doctors usually recommend an average of 8 hours sleep per night and while it differs from person to person, many experts agree that 7-9 hours should be enough.
For many people though, getting an adequate amount of sleep can be tough. This can be due to working long hours or simply finding it difficult to get to sleep in the first place.
There a few different methods for getting to sleep including reading before bed, light exercise such as yoga, listening to relaxing sounds, and avoiding using smartphones before sleep. How much sleep do you get? Is it enough?
