There is still a lot of stigma around mental health problems, even though they’re a common and rising issue internationally. Looking after one’s own health is paramount. Diet can be a mood-changer: it’s important to eat and drink well. Water plays a big role in our thinking: being thirsty can change your mindset!
It’s important to create a good work-life balance. A stable mind creates well-being for yourself and others around you. If you work late into the night and get too little rest it can lead to anxiety or depression. Talk about your health problems and reduce the stigma.
