Audio Version
Fast food is a mass-produced food prepared and served quickly. Fast food is usually less nutritious compared to other foods.
There are many popular fast food chains such as McDonald’s, Burger King, Subway, and Domino’s. These chains have branches across the world which serve an array of foods including burgers, fries, milkshakes, and pizza.
Fast foods serve as quick alternatives to home-cooked meals, and most people can afford it. Fast foods tend to be high in saturated fat, sugar, salt and calories. Eating too much fast food has been linked to obesity and high cholesterol.
